Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven professional to join our Investor Relations team. The role involves converting qualified investor leads, selling in-house equity shares, and managing end-to-end communication with HNIs and retail investors. You will play a key role in guiding investors on potential opportunities, building trust-based relationships, and ensuring smooth investment execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with investor leads generated via website, campaigns, and referrals.
  • Assess investor profiles and recommend suitable equity share offerings.
  • Counsel investors on business fundamentals, future value potential, and exit opportunities.
  • Sell in-house equity shares by explaining company valuations, growth metrics, and investment thesis.
  • Maintain active communication with investors through calls, emails, and meetings.
  • Address investor queries, build long-term relationships, and encourage repeat investments.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (research, compliance, operations) to facilitate transactions.
  • Track and report investor feedback and sales performance to management.
  • Stay updated with startup ecosystem trends, funding updates, and capital markets.

Qualifications

  • Graduate/Postgraduate in Finance, Business, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in Investment Sales, Wealth Advisory, or Investor Relations.
  • Proven ability to convert leads into investments via consultative selling.
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills.
  • Good understanding of equity investments, startup valuations, and market trends.
  • Ability to manage multiple investor conversations and follow-ups simultaneously.

Certifications (Preferred)

  • NISM Series XIX-A/B/C
  • NISM Series XXI-A/B/C

Preferred Skills

  • Prior experience in financial products, startup investments, or wealth tech platforms.
  • CRM usage for lead tracking and pipeline management.
  • Comfortable with cold calling and high-volume outreach.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building ability.
  • Deep interest in equity markets and startup investing.
