Job Description

You will be joining our Investor Relations team as a dynamic and result-driven professional. Your main responsibilities will include converting qualified investor leads, selling in-house equity shares, and managing end-to-end communication with High Net-worth Individuals (HNIs) and retail investors. Your role will be crucial in guiding investors on potential opportunities, establishing trust-based relationships, and ensuring smooth investment execution. Engagement with investor leads generated through the website, campaigns, and referrals will be a key aspect of your role. You will need to assess investor profiles and recommend suitable equity share offerings. Counseling investors on business fundamentals, future value potential, and exit opportunities will also be part of your responsibilities. Selling in-house equity shares by explaining company valuations, growth metrics, and investment thesis is an essential duty. Additionally, maintaining active communication with investors through calls, emails, and meetings will be necessary. Addressing investor queries, building long-term relationships, and encouraging repeat investments are important tasks in this role. You will be required to coordinate with internal teams such as research, compliance, and operations to facilitate transactions. Tracking and reporting investor feedback and sales performance to management will also fall under your purview. Staying updated with startup ecosystem trends, funding updates, and capital markets will be crucial for success in this position. Qualifications: - Graduate/Postgraduate in Finance, Business, or related field. - 3+ years of experience in Investment Sales, Wealth Advisory, or Investor Relations. - Proven ability to convert leads into investments via consultative selling. - Strong communication and persuasion skills. - Good understanding of equity investments, startup valuations, and market trends. - Ability to manage multiple investor conversations and follow-ups simultaneously. Certifications (Preferred): - NISM Series XIX-A/B/C - NISM Series XXI-A/B/C Preferred Skills: - Prior experience in financial products, startup investments, or wealth tech platforms. - CRM usage for lead tracking and pipeline management. - Comfortable with cold calling and high-volume outreach. - Strong interpersonal and relationship-building ability. - Deep interest in equity markets and startup investing.,
