Job Description

Equity Advisor (PCG Division)

Key Responsibilities

Advise and manage Super HNI clients on Equity, Derivatives, Currency, and Commodity markets.
Independently handle client portfolios with a minimum book size of 25 lakhs and above.
Generate revenue and activate clients through effective advisory.
Cross-sell financial products such as Mutual Funds, PMS, and Insurance.
Resolve client queries and complaints within defined timelines.
Acquire new clients and retain existing ones through regular engagement.
Conduct in-depth financial profiling to recommend suitable investment portfolios.
Track and enhance advisory performance through reviews and regular interactions.

Educational Qualification

Minimum:
Graduate (any discipline)
Preferred:
Postgraduate (Finance / Commerce / MBA)

Skill Set

Strong understanding of Equity, Derivatives, and Currency markets
Excellent relationship management and communication skills
Proven ability to handle Super HNI clients independently
Knowledge of portfolio management and risk assessment
Consistent record in revenue generation and client retention
NISM Series VIII / Currency certification (mandatory)
Proficiency in MS Excel and financial tools
