Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Execute equity trades on stock exchange platforms accurately
Act as a key link between clients and the stock exchange
Acquire new clients and activate inactive clients to increase volumes
Generate brokerage revenue through sales and trading activities
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Provide regular market updates, research reports, IPO details, and product information to clients
Ensure timely trade confirmations and resolve client queries
Cross-sell financial products as per client requirements
Follow risk management procedures and compliance guidelines
Work towards achieving individual and branch sales targets

Preferred Candidate Profile

Any Graduate (mandatory)
02 years of experience in sales, equity trading, or stock broking (freshers can apply)
Any one NISM / NSE Dealer Certification (mandatory)
Strong sales orientation with target-driven mindset
Good communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills
Basic knowledge of equity markets and capital markets
Ability to work in a branch-based, fast-paced environment
Self-motivated, result-oriented, and willing to learn
