As a member of the Support organization, your focus is to deliver post-sales support and solutions to the Oracle customer base while serving as an advocate for customer needs. This involves resolving post-sales non-technical customer inquiries via phone and electronic means, as well as, technical questions regarding the use of and troubleshooting for our Electronic Support Services. A primary point of contact for customers, you are responsible for facilitating customer relationships with Support and providing advice and assistance to internal Oracle employees on diverse customer situations and escalated issues.Support HFM application with end to end process, starting fromMetadata changes- apart from regular metadata change work, customer may change the structure frequently ,test the change, identify the gap, fix the issueMetadata change ,Data load process, Month end Activity, Security setup, Member list & rule file maintenanceBuilding new rules as per the requirement or Maintain the existing rules as per new requirementsAnalyze consolidation logs and pinpoint potential performance improvementsDevelops and maintains financial reports using Hyperion Financial Reporting (FR), Smart view Excel grids and other reporting tools.Work on Data Management/ FDMEE- Import Format, Location, Period Mapping, Category Mapping, Data Load Rule, Data Load Mapping, etc.

Functional support of EPM applications including HFM to include reporting, metadata maintenance, user support, data validation, consolidation, forecast and budget processing, consolidations, and ensure compliance with SOX controls.Provide support to finance end-users on monthly closes, quarter closes and yearly closes.Build, maintain and update financial reports, data forms, grids and other such objects within the HFM /FCCS applications.Test and support new application solutions, changes or enhancements made to EPM modulesEnsures migrated changes are properly implemented and available to users.Through research and knowledge of EPM systems and applications, determines most effective technical approach to define and resolve identified problem(s) with assistance and minimal client impact.Mandatory SkillsThorough understanding of accounting requirements as they relate to Consolidations, Eliminations and TranslationsDesired functional knowledge ( Understand of Income statement, Balance Sheet, different methods of consolidation and their calculations and disclosure in financial statements)Understand existing consolidation systems and provide fit / gap analysisThorough understanding of inbuilt HFM functionalityProvide explanations for consolidation, elimination and translation dataShould have worked on Statutory Consolidation application with Minority Interest, Equity pickup, subsidiary & Holding structure involvedShould have experience in FDMEE & ReportsQualifications
