Project:

Purpose:

To ensure the new SAP Audit Management system is configured correctly for customer’s process requirements. You will translate EHS audit requirements into technical specifications for the SAP system.

Key Responsibilities:

1. System Configuration & Functional Design

• Act as the primary Audit Management subject matter expert for the SAP implementation team.
• Define functional requirements for configuring the SAP Audit Management module.
• Specify workflow configurations for audit approvals, action plans, and escalations.
• Design dashboard metrics for audit status, compliance rates, and overdue actions.

2. Technical Integration & Data Management

• Architect the custom solution that uses SAP Audit Management solution and build a additional requirements on top based on the requirements customer has documnted.
• Ensure system architecture supports S/4HANA data structures.
• Validate custom OData services for front-end functionality.
• Oversee migration of existing audit data and master data.

3. Testing & Quality Assurance

• Develop and execute User Acceptance Test (UAT) scenarios.
• Validate system behavior against Audit Management process requirements.
• Troubleshoot configuration issues and coordinate fixes.

4. User Enablement

• Develop role-based training materials for different user types.
• Conduct training sessions for EHS auditors and department heads.
• Create quick reference guides and standard operating procedures.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required:

• 5+ years in EHS role within heavy industry (smelting, oil & gas, manufacturing)
• Hands-on experience with SAP EHS - Audit Management module implementation
• Strong understanding of EHS audit processes and compliance requirements
• Experience with system testing (UAT) and user training

Preferred:

• SAP EHS or related certification
• Experience with Fiori applications

Project Requirements:

• Must be available for onsite work in customer locaiton during critical phases
• Familiar with typical EHS standards and site protocols
• Able to work in hybrid onsite-offshore delivery model
