D365 Business Central Functional Consultant

Job Highlights:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, IT, or a related field
• Experience: Minimum 2–3 years as a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Functional Consultant or similar ERP role
• Location: Chennai (Work from Office only) – No Hybrid option
• Work Type: Full-time (Bring Your Own Device – BYOD)
• Office Timing: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• System Implementation & Customization: Configure, customize, and manage Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central to align with organizational needs.
• Process Optimization: Collaborate with finance, operations, procurement teams to analyze business requirements and streamline workflows.
• User Support & Troubleshooting: Act as the primary contact for internal D365 Business Central issues; resolve errors and escalate complex issues as needed.
• Documentation: Maintain detailed system documentation including configurations, workflows, and user guides.

Requirements:

• Experience: 2–3 years in D365 Business Central with at least 1 end-to-end implementation and hands-on support experience (mandatory).
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, IT, or related field.
• Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of D365 Business Central modules (Finance, Operations, Supply Chain).
• Business Knowledge: Understanding of financial systems and accounting principles.
• Soft Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
