Role & Location:

Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) professional

Location:

Key responsibilities include:

• Lead engagements for

  ESG/HSE management system implementation, monitoring, & compliance support

  .
• Conduct

  ESG due diligence,

   

  safety audits, and incident investigations

  , driving corrective and preventive actions.
• Work as an HSE expert on

  ESG integration

   engagements with corporates.
• Design and deliver

  HSE training workshops and capacity-building initiatives

   to strengthen health and safety practices in client teams.
• Support

  continuous improvement and knowledge development

   in HSE practices and systems at Envint.

Must haves for the role include:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s in

  Engineering (preferably Electrical/Mechanical/Civil) with additional certification in Industrial Safety

  .

• 7–10 years of relevant HSE experience

   across manufacturing, construction, infrastructure, or energy sectors.
• Strong technical knowledge of

  Indian HSE regulations, standards, and statutory requirements

  ; familiarity with international HSE frameworks (ISO 45001, ISO 14001) preferred.
• Experience in

  site-level safety audits, risk assessments, compliance monitoring, and incident investigations

  .
• Strong communication and presentation skills with ability to train and influence diverse stakeholders.
• Hands-on, detail-oriented, and proactive approach to building

  safety-first culture

  .
