Environment, Health and Safety Manager

You will be a seasoned HSE Manager responsible for leading Health, Safety, and Environmental initiatives at our upcoming 6 Lac SQFT State-of-the-Art Private IT Park in East Pune. As the ideal candidate, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering and have over 12 years of experience in commercial/office space development. Your role will involve developing and enforcing HSE policies in alignment with regulatory standards. It is highly desirable to have international exposure as well as certifications in OSHAS and NEBOSH. Your key responsibilities will include conducting safety audits, providing employee training, monitoring HSE performance, and promoting a safety-first culture within the organization. You should demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of HSE regulations, possess strong project management and interpersonal skills, and be proficient in MS Office. This position is based in Pune and requires a minimum of 12 years of relevant experience.
