Job Description

🌍 We’re Hiring: Business Partner – EH&S (Environment, Health & Safety)

📍 Location: Hyderabad | 💼 Experience: 10–15 years

Key Responsibilities:

Act as the
primary liaison
between EH&S business stakeholders and IT.
Lead
end-to-end EH&S IT projects
– from requirements to delivery.
Translate
business needs into IT solutions
that enhance EH&S processes.
Manage
EH&S applications and platforms
(SAP EH&S, Enablon, etc.), ensuring stability, usability, and compliance.
Oversee
incident, request, and release management
for EH&S solutions.
Collaborate with
global process owners
to align local requirements with global standards.
Drive
enhancements, upgrades, and integrations
of EH&S applications within the enterprise landscape.
Monitor service performance,
ensure SLA adherence
, and maintain governance for compliance readiness.
Support
change management and adoption
of EH&S tools across business units.

Required Skills & Experience:

10–15 years in
IT business partnering, service management, or business analysis
.
Strong knowledge of
EH&S processes
and IT systems (SAP EH&S, Enablon, or similar).
Proven experience managing
end-to-end IT projects
.
Solid understanding of
ITIL practices
(incident, change, release, problem).
Hands-on expertise in
service and vendor management
.
Strong stakeholder management, with the ability to
bridge IT and business functions
.
Experience in
global environments
with multiple stakeholders.
Familiarity with
regulatory and compliance requirements
for EH&S systems.

Preferred:

Exposure to
SAP S/4HANA EH&S
or related modules.
Certifications in
ITIL, PMP, or Business Analysis
.
Experience in
integrating EH&S tools
with ERP and reporting platforms.
