Entry-Level Associates to support the Worker Management & Availability

under the MHP (Marketplace Hub Pool) initiative. The role focuses on connecting with workers across Iron Systems’ dispatch business model to gather their bi-weekly availability, promote Iron Systems as a Talent Marketplace and build strong rapport that drives higher worker engagement and show-up rates.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct bi-weekly outreach (calls/emails/messages) to workers to update their availability and interest status.
  • Leverage ongoing connections with workers to minimize “no-shows” for scheduled dispatches through timely confirmations and reminders.
  • Maintain accurate records of worker availability within the MHP/WMAG database.
  • Engage with workers to communicate upcoming dispatch opportunities and clarify role details.
  • Represent Iron Systems as a trusted talent partner, ensuring a professional, supportive, and engaging experience for workers.
  • Promote the concept of Iron Systems as a Talent Marketplace — a career ecosystem where workers can explore new opportunities internally.
  • Identify potential attrition risks and share proactive insights with the MHP recruitment team.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance worker participation and attendance rates.
  • Support team initiatives for surveys, recognition campaigns, and worker retention programs.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline (HR, Business, or Communications preferred).
  • 0–1 year of experience in HR coordination, recruiting support, or workforce engagement (internship experience acceptable).
  • Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and rapport-building ability.
  • Detail-oriented with good documentation and follow-up discipline.
  • Comfortable using CRM tools, spreadsheets, and internal workforce management portals.
  • Comfortable to support during US Business hours
