What you’ll do

• Work directly with the founding team on high-priority initiatives.
• Take ownership of

  new experiments

  – from idea to execution.
• Hustle across

  Product, Growth, Operations, Partnerships

  as needed.
• Deep-dive into market research, user insights, and competitor landscape.
• Build scalable processes and frameworks where none exist.
• Potential to

  lead a business line or spin out a venture

Who you are

• Someone who has either

  started up before

  (success or failure doesn’t matter) OR worked in a fast-paced startup.
• A

  generalist problem-solver

  who can switch between strategy and execution in the same day.

• Ambitious, hands-on, and resourceful

• Comfortable with ambiguity, ownership, and rapid context-switching.

Qualification

• Strong business development, market analysis, and strategic planning skills
• Excellent networking and partnership-building skills
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work on-site in Chennai
• Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
• MBA or equivalent degree in Business, Entrepreneurship, or related field
