Enterprise Sales

You will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with Large Corporate Group Segment, devising and implementing growth strategies to expand the client base, and owning business development according to agreed plans. Your key responsibilities will include: - Identifying and reaching out to new potential clients in the mid to large corporate segment, studying the client's profile to devise the sales pitch. - Building relationships at CXO/CFO levels with constant re-engagement till the onboarding exercise is concluded. - Initiating and managing client engagement, deal origination for new clients, and understanding the client's debt requirements. - Maintaining/enhancing credit quality in the portfolio managed to achieve zero NPAs. - Engaging and coordinating internally and externally for onboarding the client. - Working closely with the Client Solutions team to identify solutions for the debt requirements and ensure a smooth handover of client relationship. Qualifications required for this role include: - A successful track record of business development and identification of potential clients. - Relationship orientation, preferably having existing relationships. - Credit writing skills with comprehensive coverage of all risk-related issues. - Excellent communication skills - verbal, and written (including report writing, presentations, etc.). - Deal structuring expertise.
