Job Summary:
The B2B Sales Executive will be responsible for acquiring, managing, and growing corporate and enterprise clients for telecom products and services. The role focuses on achieving sales targets, building long-term customer relationships, and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities in the enterprise (B2B) segment.
Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients to ensure customer retention and satisfaction.
Present telecom solutions (Internet Leased Lines, MPLS, Broadband, Voice, Data, etc.) based on client requirements.
Conduct client meetings, product demonstrations, and proposal presentations.
Negotiate and close sales deals while ensuring profitability and compliance with company policies.
Collaborate with internal teams (technical, operations, and customer support) to ensure timely service delivery.
Track market trends, competitor activities, and provide feedback for business strategy improvement.
Maintain and update sales records, client databases, and daily reports (MIS).
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales and revenue targets.
Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
1–5 years of experience in B2B or enterprise sales, preferably in the telecom or IT industry.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Ability to manage multiple clients and prioritize effectively.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Willingness to travel for client meetings and field visits.
