Job Title: Enterprise Sales - Performance Marketing (Large-Scale Sales

Key Responsibilities

Client Development

Build and scale sales motions targeting enterprise and mid-market brands.
Identify high-growth categories and create a strategic
Named Accounts List (NAL)
.
Engage directly with
CXOs, digital heads, media leads
, and agency partners to drive adoption.
Develop customized pitch narratives aligned to client pain-points and business objectives.

Solutioning & Consulting

Translate brand goals into performance-oriented frameworks for lead acquisition.
Guide clients on
measurement, attribution, pixel/MMP integration
, funnel optimization, and publisher mix.
Work closely with internal supply teams to ensure market-fit inventory.

Market & Competitive Intelligence

Analyze competitor offerings, pricing models, and performance benchmarks.
Maintain deep understanding of advertiser decision cycles, agency ecosystem, and buying behavior.

Required Qualifications

5+ years
of B2B sales experience in
AdTech, MarTech, SaaS, or performance marketing platforms
.
Strong experience selling to
BFSI, auto, Real Estate, EdTech, or D2C brands
.
Solid analytical understanding of funnel metrics, attribution, lead qualification, and optimization levers.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to present to senior leadership. Hands-on experience with
CRM tools (Salesforce/HubSpot)
, analytics dashboards, and attribution tools.
