About the Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end deal closure including contracts, pricing, and terms.
  • Lead proposal development and negotiation discussions with enterprise clients.
  • Manage complex, multi-stakeholder meetings and align internal teams for solution delivery.
  • Conduct final solution presentations and demos in collaboration with technical experts.
  • Drive land-and-expand strategies through identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Ensure a smooth transition to the Customer Success team for post-sale engagement and retention.
  • Report directly to the Enterprise Sales Manager and collaborate closely with internal support teams.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 13 years of experience in enterprise or B2B sales.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills with a customer-first mindset.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Comfort managing multiple stakeholders in a consultative sales environment.
  • Proven ability to work independently while meeting ambitious revenue targets.

Preferred Background

  • Experience in SaaS, IT services, or technology solution sales.
  • Exposure to enterprise account management or high-value solution selling.
