Job Description

As an experienced sales leader at eShipz, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and taking ownership in a growing company. Your entrepreneurial spirit and ability to thrive on challenges will be key as you work towards taking your sales experience to the next level. Key Responsibilities: - Develop customized solutions based on a deep understanding of client requirements and the technology platform - Oversee complete account management activities at a PAN India level - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, influencing long-term strategic direction - Act as the voice of existing sellers within the organization - Lead generation and prospecting through various channels such as cold calling, outreach, social media, networking, and events - Manage inbound leads and prospects to create a robust sales pipeline - Collaborate closely with tech and product teams to enable seamless integrations with partners - Chart out the roadmap and long-term vision for the business - Identify and scope new opportunity areas for eShipz's future growth and work closely with the leadership team on product roadmap Qualifications Required: - Understanding of the E-commerce ecosystem, particularly the D2C space - Prior experience in logistics and SAAS sales preferred - Ability to drive key business targets using KPIs - Outstanding organizational and time management skills - Excellent communication skills with dynamic decision-making abilities in a high-paced environment - Strong leadership skills to guide and mentor technical and functional teams - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on creative solutions - Experience in enterprise client selling with SAAS products - Solution selling experience Additional Details: At eShipz, you will be part of the core team of a fast-growing SAAS startup and work alongside a strong leadership team.
