Enterprise Sales

As a Business Development Manager for Large Corporate Group Segment, your role will involve developing and managing relationships with clients, devising and implementing growth strategies, and taking ownership of business development plans. Your key responsibilities will include: - Identifying and reaching out to new potential clients in the mid to large corporate segment, studying their profiles, and devising sales pitches. - Building relationships at CXO/CFO levels, ensuring constant re-engagement until the onboarding exercise is completed. - Origination of deals for new clients and understanding their debt requirements to maintain/enhance credit quality with zero NPAs. - Engaging and coordinating internally and externally for client onboarding. - Working closely with the Client Solutions team to identify debt solutions and ensure a smooth handover of client relationships. To excel in this role, you should possess: - A successful track record in business development and identifying potential clients. - Strong relationship-building skills, preferably with existing relationships in the industry. - Credit writing skills with a comprehensive coverage of all risk-related issues. - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, including report writing, presentations, etc. - Ability in deal structuring.
