Roles and Responsibilities

  • Identify new business opportunities through lead generation, prospecting, cold calling, and cold emailing to drive revenue growth.
  • Develop strong relationships with clients by providing exceptional customer service and ensuring timely resolution of issues.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex technical queries and ensure seamless delivery of services.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  • Manage multiple priorities simultaneously while maintaining accurate records of interactions using CRM software.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 3-8 years of experience in B2B sales or a related field.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding monthly/quarterly targets in an enterprise sales environment.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate technical information clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly over phone calls or meetings.
