Roles and Responsibilities

  • Identify new business opportunities through lead generation, client acquisition, and sales strategies.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 2-4 years of experience in Business Development, Client Acquisition, Lead Generation, Sales, Communication Skills, Talent Acquisition or related fields.
  • Proven track record of success in generating leads and closing deals in the recruitment industry.
  • Strong understanding of the local job market and ability to build relationships with key decision-makers at target companies.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas simply and effectively.
