Key Responsibilities

• Handle

  end-to-end sales closing process

  , from customer site visits to final booking confirmation.

• Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and offers

  with clients to ensure successful closures.
• Work closely with the sales team to

  identify high-potential leads

  and assist in final conversions.
• Build strong relationships with clients to ensure trust and smooth deal closure.
• Coordinate with CRM, Finance, and Documentation teams for

  agreement execution and payment collection.

• Prepare and maintain

  daily/weekly MIS reports

  on closures, revenue, and pipeline.
• Stay updated with competitor projects, market trends, and pricing strategies to support negotiations.
• Ensure

  customer satisfaction

  during the closing stage, handling objections effectively.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum

  2 years of experience in Real Estate sales (mandatory).

• Strong track record in

  deal closures and sales negotiations.

• Excellent communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to handle high-value transactions and customer objections.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel)
• Goal-oriented, confident, and target-driven professional.
