Role Summary:
The Closing Sales Manager is responsible for converting high-quality leads into confirmed sales. This role demands excellent relationship management, negotiation, and closing skills to ensure seamless handover from lead generation to deal finalization.
Key Responsibilities:
Engage with prospective customers from qualified leads to understand their requirements and present tailored solutions.
Conduct property walk-throughs and site visits with potential buyers.
Build trust and rapport with clients, addressing concerns and ensuring a smooth decision-making process.
Prepare and present price negotiations, offers, and deal closures in line with company targets.
Work closely with CRM, marketing, and pre-sales teams to ensure proper lead handover and pipeline tracking.
Maintain up-to-date records of all sales interactions using CRM tools.
Provide insights on buyer behavior, objections, and market trends to support strategy adjustments.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales closure targets.
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
