Job Title: Commercial Real Estate Sales Manager Location: Pune (West Pune Experience is Mandatory) CTC: 5 - 8 LPA + Lucrative Incentives Availability: Immediate Joiners PreferredAbout the Role:We are seeking an experienced Commercial Real Estate Sales Manager with a proven track record in commercial property sales in Pune, specifically in West Pune. The ideal candidate should have a strong network of channel partners, investors, and direct clients to drive sales and achieve revenue targets. This role offers a high-performance-based incentive structure, making it an exciting opportunity for a results-driven professional.Key Responsibilities: Commercial Property Sales Drive sales for commercial real estate projects, including office spaces, and retail spaces. Channel Partner Network Leverage and expand existing relationships with channel partners to generate leads and enhance market reach. Client Acquisition & Relationship Management Engage with potential investors, corporate clients, and high-net-worth individuals (HNIs) to close high-value deals. Lead Generation & Conversion Develop strategies for sourcing, nurturing, and converting leads through networking, referrals, and marketing campaigns. Market Research & Competitor Analysis Stay updated on the commercial real estate landscape in Pune to provide clients with valuable insights and recommendations. Site Visits & Negotiations Conduct site visits, present project offerings, and negotiate deals to maximize profitability. Sales Target Achievement Consistently achieve and exceed assigned sales targets. Documentation & Closure Ensure smooth execution of agreements, documentation, and financial transactions related to commercial property deals.Requirements: Experience: 5+ years of hands-on experience in commercial real estate sales in West Pune. Network: Strong connections with channel partners, investors, and corporate clients in Pune. Real Estate Expertise: In-depth knowledge of Punes commercial real estate trends, pricing, and market dynamics. Sales Skills: Excellent negotiation, persuasion, and deal-closing skills. Communication: Strong verbal and written communication in English, Marathi, and Hindi (preferred). Availability: Immediate joiners will be given preference.
