Job Description

Handle
qualified, high-intent leads
(digital campaigns, CP referrals, internal database)
Conduct
consultative sales calls
to pitch the opportunity (Rental yield, 5% returns, operator-managed, budget entry point)
Engage in
objection handling
around brand, market risk, developer credibility convert doubt into bookings
Drive
end-to-end sales closures
, from first call to token to final payment
Use CRM tools (Zoho, Salesforce, LeadSquared) to track and push prospects
Collaborate with documentation, legal, and finance to ensure clean, quick closures
Deliver consistent weekly performance
no causal approach allowed

Requirements

36 years in
high-ticket closing roles
Real Estate, Investment Products, NBFCs, Insurance, or Fintech
Strong financial acumen
you can explain ROI, rental yield, lock-ins, cap gains,
and
make them sound attractive
Street-smart, persuasive, confident on phone/Zoom/in-person
Ready to work on weekends (because that's when investors call back and visit)
Proven track record of
monthly closures
with revenue targets > 1 crore/month

Bonus Points (Not Mandatory)

Experience selling pre-leased real estate, REIT-lite models, or fractional ownership
Knowledge of East Pune investor segment or NRI networks
Language bonus: Marathi + Hindi + English fluency
