We are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead the development and customization of our Enterprise Learning Management SaaS platform. This role will oversee a team of full-stack developers, coordinate custom client implementations, and ensure high-quality delivery using a modern Microsoft stack (.NET 8, Azure, SQL Server, REST APIs). The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in enterprise software systems and experience managing teams in a fast-paced, customer driven environment. Key Responsibilities Team Leadership & Management Lead, mentor, and manage a team of full-stack developers (front-end & back-end). Allocate resources effectively to support ongoing product development and client-specific customizations. Conduct performance reviews, foster growth, and uphold development best practices. Technical Oversight Provide architectural guidance for scalable, secure, and maintainable systems using .NET 8, Azure, and SQL Server. Oversee the development and integration of RESTful APIs.
