Senior Analyst - Solution Consulting

As an Enterprise Learning Management System (LMS) Product Consultant, you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between clients" complex learning requirements and product capabilities. Here are the key responsibilities you will be tasked with: - Solution Engineering & Requirements Gathering: - Analyze learning goals, business drivers, and end-user requirements of enterprise customers - Conduct detailed discovery sessions to capture functional and technical requirements - Translate customer learning workflows into configurable LMS solutions - Design workaround solutions for customer needs not natively supported by the product - Identify integration needs such as SSO, HRIS, content libraries, LRS, etc. - Product Consulting & Gap Analysis: - Be a trusted advisor to enterprise clients on best practices in LMS implementation and learning program design - Evaluate how customer use cases align with current product features and identify gaps or limitations - Propose interim solutions or workarounds and document feature requests - Cross-functional Collaboration: - Communicate product gaps and influence roadmap prioritization with Product Management and Engineering teams - Ensure solution alignment across the customer journey by working closely with Sales, Customer Success, and Implementation teams - Define Statements of Work (SOWs), effort estimates, and technical specifications in solution review meetings - Implementation Planning: - Develop and validate implementation plans, including timelines, risk assessments, and technical integration points - Guide customers through pilot phases, user acceptance testing (UAT), and go-live planning - Support internal and partner teams with solution documentation, configuration guidance, and training handovers Qualifications: - Required: - 4+ years of experience in Enterprise SaaS, LMS, Learning Technologies, or HR Tech - Proven experience in solution engineering, technical consulting, or business analysis - Strong understanding of enterprise learning environments, compliance training, certifications, and blended learning models - Ability to translate business requirements into functional specifications - Experience working with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Professional Services) - Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills - Experience with SSO, APIs, and integrations with HR systems (Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, etc.) - Preferred Skills: - Familiarity with xAPI, SCORM, AICC standards - Experience writing or managing Statements of Work (SOWs) or implementation documents - Previous experience with platforms such as Cornerstone, Docebo, SAP Litmos, Moodle, etc. - Understanding of Learning Record Stores (LRS) and experience analytics - Background in instructional design or learning program delivery Location: Chennai preferred,
