Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced, proactive ERP Manager to streamline operations, oversee ERP implementation, and drive data-informed decision-making across the organization. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a purpose-led initiative combining technology, process, and impact.

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand end-to-end supply chain and internal operations of Raj Uphaar.
• Lead and manage the implementation of ERP modules in collaboration with internal teams and vendors.
• Conduct ERP training and handhold departments for successful adoption.
• Build dashboards, generate MIS reports, and support strategic decision-making.
• Identify gaps, propose process enhancements, and build long-term scalable systems.
• Liaise with cross-functional stakeholders for project coordination and issue resolution.
• Well-versed with Odoo ERP system.

Qualifications and Profile:

• Atleast 3 years of experience in ERP implementation/management (preferably in manufacturing, retail, or supply chain domains).

  Experience in implementing Odoo system is mandatory.

• Experience in supply chain processes is a strong plus.
• Strong data analysis and reporting skills using Excel/MIS tools.
• Comfortable in multi-lingual settings – proficiency in English, Hindi, and Gujarati preferred.
• Strong communication, structured thinking, and stakeholder management.
• A collaborative, empathetic leader who is open to going beyond the job scope to drive mission success.
