Job Description

As an Enterprise Marketing Manager at Snowflake, you will play a crucial role in driving pipeline generation through enterprise and Account-Based Marketing (ABM) initiatives to achieve or surpass revenue goals. Your responsibilities will include developing and executing targeted marketing programs to enhance awareness, create quality pipeline, guide prospects through the sales cycle, and nurture customer relationships. Collaboration with various cross-functional teams within Snowflake will be essential for planning and implementing these initiatives. Your key responsibilities will include: - Identifying enterprise customer requirements and opportunities, developing Go-to-Market Strategies, and ensuring alignment with Sales and other cross-functional teams - Creating and implementing end-to-end marketing programs such as ABM, executive engagement, demand generation, joint partner programs, and industry-specific initiatives - Selecting the most effective enterprise marketing materials, channels, and messaging for key accounts - Engaging and aligning with Sales and cross-functional teams on pre/post event communications, and enterprise marketing-driven campaigns/promotion strategies - Owning and driving executions within budget, logistics, timelines, and vendor management - Evaluating the impact and ROI of all campaigns to measure success and forecast potential future investment Qualifications required for this role include: - 10+ years of proven multi-channel B2B marketing experience within enterprise software/SaaS - Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field - Demonstrated success in collaborative partnerships with marketing and cross-functional leaders both internally and externally - Experience and passion for generating creative ideas and building robust 1:1 campaigns - Hands-on experience in building and delivering enterprise field marketing campaigns, events, executive programs, key account programs, and joint partner activities - Strong project management, prioritization, organizational skills, and attention to detail - Ability to maintain a positive, approachable, and proactive attitude - Fluency in English language Snowflake is a fast-growing company that values innovation and teamwork.
