Role Overview

first GTM hire

  • Marketing-first mandate

    : Designing sector-specific campaigns, digital and offline, to position DoD in front of decision-makers.
  • Demand generation

    : Building funnels using content, events, and account-based marketing.
  • Sales enablement

    : Converting leads into opportunities through presentations, demos, and proposals.
  • Market building

    : Crafting vertical-specific narratives (Retail, Ecom, Logistics, Power, Supply Chain) in collaboration with the product team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and execute

    digital campaigns (LinkedIn, email, content)

    to generate qualified leads.
  • Create

    case studies, blogs, decks, and sector-specific collaterals

    .
  • Build

    relationships with CXOs, marketing heads, and decision-makers

    .
  • Represent Humanli.ai at

    industry conferences and events

    .
  • Support

    proposal writing and pitch strategy

    for Indian and US markets.
  • Work with founders to shape pricing and go-to-market messaging.



Candidate Profile

  • 3–7 years’ experience in

    B2B Marketing and/or Enterprise SaaS Sales.

  • MBA from Top 20 institutes only need to apply.
  • Strong background in

    campaign design, digital marketing, ABM, or demand generation

    for USA & India.
  • Comfort with

    enterprise conversations

    and ability to simplify AI/tech for business leaders.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset: thrives in early-stage, build-from-zero environments.
  • Bonus: Exposure to

    E-commerce, Retail, Logistics, Power, or Supply Chain

    sectors.



Compensation

  • Fixed Salary:

    ₹15–20 LPA
  • Performance Bonus:

    Up to 55–100% of fixed, linked to pipeline and closures.
