Expectations Strategy

• Develop and own the

• Define, create, and govern enterprise architecture across

  applications, data, and infrastructure

• Ensure architectural consistency, scalability, and interoperability across the organization.

• Define and enforce

  IT policies, architectural standards, and best practices

  for development, integration, and system usage.
• Ensure compliance with enterprise architecture principles and regulatory requirements.

• Provide architectural leadership and direction to development and engineering teams.
• Collaborate closely with senior management to manage and guide technological change across the enterprise.

• Evaluate existing systems to identify gaps, risks, and inefficiencies.
• Research and recommend emerging technologies and architectural improvements to enhance business operations.

• Deep understanding of

  enterprise IT systems

  , data management, software development, and infrastructure architecture.

• Strong proficiency in architectural frameworks such as

  BDAT (Business, Data, Application, Technology)

  or equivalent enterprise architecture models.

• Ability to analyze complex technical challenges and design solutions aligned with the overall enterprise IT blueprint and business objectives.

• Strong leadership capabilities with the ability to communicate complex technical and business concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Drive alignment across multiple customer teams and partner organizations to ensure a unified architectural direction.
• Facilitate technical discussions, resolve conflicts, and negotiate architecture decisions among diverse stakeholders.
• Clearly articulate architectural strategies, trade-offs, and design decisions to executive leadership and delivery teams.

• 10+ years of overall IT experience

  , with significant hands-on experience in

  enterprise architecture, solution architecture, or large-scale system design

  .
• Proven experience designing and governing

  enterprise-level architectures

  across data, application, and technology domains.
• Experience working with senior leadership and influencing strategic technology decisions.
• Exposure to large, complex, multi-system enterprise environments is highly preferred.
