Compliance and Standards : Ensure designs comply with industry standards, local regulations, and project specifications. Keep updated on advancements in ELV technology and best practices. Prepare test procedures, commissioning plans, and as-built drawings post-installation. As a Project Engineer, you will oversee the planning, design, and successful execution of BMS & ELV packages in commercial and industrial facilities. Key Responsibilities: Project Planning and Design : Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand project requirements and objectives. Develop detailed project plans, including scope, budget, and timelines. Team Coordination : Lead project teams, including engineers, technicians, and subcontractors. Assign tasks and responsibilities, ensuring efficient project execution. Installation and Implementation : Manage the installation and commissioning of ELV components and equipment. Ensure compliance with design specifications and industry standards. Manage the sub-contractors effectively. Stores Management : Raise material requests well in advance. Handle local purchases. Ensure site store functions properly. Keep record of materials issued & returned. Ensure safe custody of materials in store and prevent losses & theft. Client Engagement : Maintain regular communication with clients to provide project updates and address concerns. Attend project meetings & update project progress & plans. Ensure client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle. Quality Assurance : Ensure that ELV systems meet performance and reliability standards. Perform system testing and adjustments as needed.
