Enterprise Accounts Manager Talent Partnerships (Immediate Joiners Preferred)

As we expand our employer partnerships, we re looking for an Enterprise Account Manager to support and grow our existing client relationships ensuring that partners who have already hired Kalvium talent have a seamless and successful experience.
You ll work closely with Kalvium s hiring partners who ve onboarded our interns or final-year students for full-time roles. Your goal will be to ensure talent success, maintain strong partner relationships and drive repeat hiring and long-term engagement. This is a full-time, in-office role based in Bangalore.
Key Responsibilities:
Partner Engagement & Relationship Management

Be the primary point of contact for assigned enterprise accounts post-hiring

Conduct regular check-ins with hiring managers and HR teams to gather feedback

Address queries, coordinate reviews, and ensure smooth engagement
Intern & Talent Performance Coordination

Track intern performance, attendance, and feedback in collaboration with internal teams

Resolve any performance or communication issues promptly

Document outcomes, conversion plans, and client sentiment
Account Retention & Growth

Understand each partner s hiring roadmap and identify opportunities for repeat engagement

Surface additional talent needs and collaborate with internal teams to meet them
-
Support new cohort launches and partner-specific custom requests (e.g., ramp-ups, conversions)
Cross-functional Coordination

Liaise with Academic, Delivery, and Talent Success teams to ensure alignment on student support and expectations

Maintain up-to-date CRM entries, meeting notes, and account health indicators
Ideal Candidate Profile -
Experience: 1 4 years in client-facing roles (account management, customer success, campus hiring coordination, or recruitment ops)

Education: Graduate in any discipline; MBA or HR background is a plus

Preferred Backgrounds: Early-career professionals from EdTech, Talent Tech, SaaS, or HR consultancies (Not Mandatory)
