Job Description

We are looking for experienced professionals to join our team as a Test Lead and a Senior Test Engineer with strong expertise in VisionPLUS, a leading card and payments processing platform.The ideal candidates will have hands-on experience in testing and supporting card management systems and related Responsibilities :
  • Lead and execute testing activities for VisionPLUS modules such as CMS, FAS, TRAMS, and others.
  • Develop and execute detailed test plans, test cases, and scripts to ensure product quality.
  • Collaborate with development and functional teams for system analysis, issue resolution, and production support.
  • Perform end-to-end testing of card management processes, including credit, debit, and prepaid cards.
  • Support defect management and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely fixes.
  • Analyze transaction processing flows including authorization, settlement, and dispute management to validate system functionality.
  • Configure and validate credit card lifecycle management rules, such as credit limits, interest calculation, fees, payment hierarchies, and delinquency handling.
  • Provide leadership (for Test Lead role) by mentoring team members and ensuring adherence to testing best Skills & Experience :
  • Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience with VisionPLUS modules including CMS, FAS, TRAMS, or equivalent.
  • Strong proficiency in COBOL, JCL, DB2, and Mainframe technologies.
  • Deep understanding of card management systems covering credit, debit, and prepaid card processing.
  • Strong knowledge of transaction processing workflows such as authorization, settlement, and dispute resolution.
  • Experience with system analysis, development testing, and providing production support.
  • Hands-on experience with credit card lifecycle management, including configuration of rules for credit
limits, interest, fees, payment hierarchies, and delinquency management.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
