🎯 Enrollment Counselor (Remote/Hybrid) - Enterprise Career Accelerator Bootcamp

HCDS Career Labs, sponsored by HCDS Techh and Microsoft Founders Hub, is seeking two highly skilled and experienced Enrollment Counselors to drive enrollment for our specialized Enterprise Career Accelerator Bootcamp programs. These programs are offered in both a Fastrack (3 months) and Normal (6 months) duration.

Key Responsibilities

Candidate Sourcing & Outreach: Actively identify and source suitable undergraduate student candidates through all viable channels, including personal connections, designated territories, and institutional outreach.Program Guidance & Clarity: Provide prospective students with a clear, comprehensive, and compelling understanding of the Enterprise Career Accelerator Bootcamp, highlighting the curriculum, career benefits, and sponsorship advantages.Consultative Sales & Convincing: Utilize strong counseling and convincing skills to address student queries, overcome objections, and motivate enrollment into the 3-month or 6-month programs.Virtual Connection & Assessment: Conduct one-on-one and group video conference calls with sourced candidates to establish rapport and guide them through the program details and enrollment steps.End-to-End Enrollment Management: Manage the candidate pipeline and guide students seamlessly through the entire enrollment process, from initial contact to final registration.Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly enrollment targets.

🌟 Required Skills & Expertise

Sufficient Skills and Expertise in enrollment procedures and candidate counseling within the education or career development sector.Proven ability to source and convert qualified candidates from diverse platforms and personal networks.Strong communication and presentation skills for virtual conferencing (video calls) and providing program clarity.Exceptional convincing, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Familiarity with technical/accelerator programs or bootcamps is a significant plus.

📋 Candidate Profile

Education: Must be a Postgraduate (Male or Female).Experience: Relevant experience in Counseling and Convincing potential enrollees in an educational or similar context is essential.Work Setting: Ability to work effectively in a Remote/Hybrid capacity.
