Job Summary:

The Enrollment Counselor is responsible for guiding prospective students through the admission process, providing accurate program information, and ensuring a smooth and professional enrollment experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Engage with prospective students to understand their academic and career objectives.

Provide detailed and accurate information regarding programs, admission requirements, and institutional policies.

Convert inquiries into successful enrollments through effective counseling and follow-up.

Maintain comprehensive records of student interactions and application progress.

Collaborate with the admissions and marketing teams to support recruitment initiatives.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; higher qualifications are an advantage.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

Strong ability to counsel, guide, and support prospective students.

Proficiency in MS Office and basic administrative software.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
