Job Title: Enrollment Counselor

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Enrollment Counselor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for converting leads into enrollments, guiding students through the admission process, and helping the organization achieve its enrollment targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Connect with prospective students through calls, messages, and emails to understand their interests and needs.

Convert inquiries and leads into confirmed enrollments.

Counsel students on available courses, eligibility, and career opportunities.

Achieve monthly and quarterly enrollment targets.

Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and admissions in the CRM system.

Support the marketing team in lead generation campaigns, education fairs, and promotional activities.

Provide exceptional customer service to students and parents throughout the admission journey.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in any discipline .

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to meet targets.

Good organizational and multitasking abilities.

Prior experience in counseling, admissions, or education sales is an advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
