Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in New Delhi for an Admission Counsellor. The Admission Counsellor will be responsible for guiding potential students through the admissions process, providing information about courses, assisting with enrollment, and answering inquiries. The role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with prospective students and parents. The counsellor will also be involved in customer service and sales activities, promoting the academy’s courses and managing relationships with applicants.
