Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Represent the organization at service-related trade exhibitions, industry forums, and customer events.
Visit existing customers and identify potential clients to promote and sell service contracts, maintenance packages, and value-added service offerings.
Achieve assigned service sales targets by developing strong customer relationships and up selling service solutions.
Handle customer issues, service requirements, and technical/commercial queries to ensure prompt and effective resolution.
Provide technical solutions, maintenance recommendations, and clarifications to customers, ensuring high satisfaction levels.
Prepare and submit service quotations/proposals to customers within agreed timelines through effective planning and time management.
Ensure proper documentation such as service agreements, annual maintenance contracts (AMC), and approvals are completed accurately.
Follow up for timely advance and periodic payments as per service contract terms.
Implement and adhere to Quality Management Systems in all service delivery processes.
Coordinate smooth handover of service projects or maintenance tasks to the Field Operations/Service Delivery Team.
Update service project status and contract details in ERP on time.
Monitor and ensure completion of all service-related contractual formalities within defined cycle time.
Maintain compliance with all ISO processes and documentation requirements.
Undertake any other service sales or customer support activity as assigned by Management.
