We’re Hiring | Engineer / Sr. Engineer – Engineering & Maintenance (Full-Time)

📍 Location: Halol, Gujarat (Candidates must be able to reliably commute or relocate before joining)

We are seeking a qualified Engineer / Sr. Engineer to join our Engineering and Maintenance team on a full-time basis. This exciting opportunity involves providing technical expertise across multiple cross-functional projects — including process design, development, implementation, and continuous improvement — while maintaining equipment in a qualified state.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement new or improved processes.
• Prepare safety permits for all contractors.
• Interpret mechanical drawings and guide contractors for execution.
• Verify mechanical work measurement sheets.
• Execute plant modification activities as per requirements.
• Maintain inventory of all critical and non-critical spares, generate PRs, and follow up for timely delivery.
• Implement Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) to minimize breakdowns.
• Plan and arrange external resources during major maintenance, breakdowns, or shutdowns.
• Prepare and review SOPs, qualification, and validation documents (USR, DQ, IQ, OQ, PQ, RQ).
• Support qualification activities for equipment and systems.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, ensuring accuracy and version control.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to improve documentation processes and manage document review cycles.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or relevant field.
• Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in a cGMP-regulated environment.
• Proven experience in maintenance and documentation roles.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in document management tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, CMS).
• Ability to interpret complex technical information clearly and concisely.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational abilities, with a proactive and detail-oriented approach.

Language:

• Proficiency in English (verbal and written)
