Responsible for the installation, maintenance, and preventive care of tools, appliances, and equipment. Recommends replacements, calibrates instruments, maintains inventory, and supports emergency preparedness. Assists in responding to guest repair requests and leads the engineering team in daily operations.

Education and Experience

High school diploma or GED
Minimum 3 years of experience in engineering, maintenance, or a related field
Technical training in HVAC-R, electrical, or plumbing required

Assist management in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, disciplining, and coaching employees.
Follow all company safety and security policies; report issues, accidents, or injuries; and complete all required safety training and certifications.
Ensure clean and professional personal appearance and uphold confidentiality of proprietary information.
Greet and assist guests per company standards, including individuals with disabilities.
Develop and maintain strong working relationships with team members to achieve shared goals.
Ensure adherence to quality standards and recommend/implement process improvements for efficiency, safety, and cost-savings.
Communicate professionally with colleagues and stakeholders.
Inspect tools, machines, and equipment regularly.
Physically capable of bending, lifting (up to 50 pounds), twisting, pulling, and moving equipment as needed.
Stand, walk, or sit for extended periods and move through stairs or service ramps.
Complete life safety procedures, including fire pump and generator testing and sprinkler/alarm system inspections.
Assist in developing disaster response protocols and fulfill guest maintenance requests efficiently.
Perform other reasonable job duties as assigned by Supervisors.
