• Lead and manage the engineering team, providing mentorship and technical guidance.
• Drive the

  full software development life cycle

• Architect, design, and implement robust

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, QA) to ensure seamless project execution and delivery.
• Stay up to date with the latest tech trends and evaluate the adoption of emerging technologies.
• Conduct regular code reviews and enforce engineering best practices and standards.
• Manage project tracking and delivery using

  JIRA

  and

  Scrum

  methodologies.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize applications for performance and scalability.

• Proven experience in leading engineering teams and managing projects.
• Strong background in full-stack development with deep knowledge of modern tech stacks.
• Excellent understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and engineering principles.
• Proficiency in tools like JIRA and Agile/Scrum processes.
• Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Strong Project Management skills and Delivery to Clients.
• Architect, design, and develop scalable and maintainable full-stack solutions
• Conduct regular code reviews and ensure best practices are followed
• Utilize JIRA and follow Scrum methodologies
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize software solutions as needed
• Proficiency in Integration of software solutions

Qualifications

• Experience in Software Development
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
• Experience in health-tech industry is a plus
