Job Description

POSITION : Engineering Manager:

QUALIFICATION : BE Mechanical / Aerospace

Experience : 15 to 18 years

MUST HAVE -

Aerospace experience is mandatory up to 12 to 15 yrs
Handled NPD /NPI development team size of 35 to 45 engineers
Experience in AS9100D internal and external audit preparation and RCA closure
Goods hands on experience in CAD / CAM with CATIA and UG NX, Master-cam, solid-cam all mandatory softwares
Good in FAI planning, execution, FAIR submission at RIGHT FIRST TIME methodology
experience in planning for continuous improvement projects on cost savings, process optimisation
Good Experience in special process requirements
knowledge in assembly process of machined and sheet metal parts
good experience in Engine parts with high precision machining parts.
experience in cutting tools and CAM programming strategy to help support the engineering team
good in customer interactions / demonstrations capability on time delivery, good quality and performance matrix.
Good communication skills
