Engineer Manager

If you've built scalable SaaS platforms, worked across both backend and frontend layers, and thrive in fast-paced, product-led environments — we’d love to connect.

What you'll do:

• Own full stack technical architecture, across backend and frontend systems
• Design and integrate complex transactional workflows (user management, billing, analytics, etc.)
• Lead a team of 10–12 engineers (backend + frontend)
• Guide technical decisions and uphold code quality across the stack
• Collaborate with product managers to solve real-world SaaS problems
• Step into infrastructure and DevOps when needed (CI/CD, Docker, cloud setup)

What we're looking for:

• 8+ years of full stack development experience

  , ideally in SaaS or product-led companies
• Strong Java expertise on the backend
• Experience with JavaScript/TypeScript, and modern frontend frameworks like React or Angular
• Solid understanding of system design, API architecture, and database technologies (SQL/NoSQL)
• Proven experience as a Tech Lead or Architect managing 10+ engineers
• Familiarity with SaaS workflows like subscriptions, multi-tenancy, usage tracking, etc.
• Hands-on with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP), CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, and infrastructure tools like Terraform
• Strong code quality mindset and team mentorship experience
