Engineering Manager

We are looking for a skilled Engineering Manager with 8 to 12 years of experience to join our team at The Leela Ambience in Gurugram, responsible for overseeing the engineering aspects of our hospitality operations.

• Manage and supervise the engineering team to ensure efficient and safe hotel operations.
• Coordinate with other departments to resolve technical issues and improve overall performance.
• Develop and implement maintenance schedules to prevent equipment failures and minimize downtime.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to procure necessary materials and services.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe working environment.

• Minimum 8 years of experience in engineering management, preferably in the hospitality industry.
• Strong knowledge of engineering principles, practices, and procedures.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills to manage and motivate the engineering team.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with relevant software and technologies used in the hospitality industry.
• Strong problem-solving skills to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions.
