As an Engineering Manager - Cybersecurity at Rockwell Automation in India, you will lead the development and operational performance of the India-based Cybersecurity team. You must have an understanding of the engineering landscape in India and the ability to navigate market dynamics. **Key Responsibilities:** - Provide People Leadership & Alignment to India Cybersecurity team by driving alignment with global IT and business objectives. - Develop relationships and collaborate with global leadership to support the CISO roadmap, innovation, and long-term growth of the India-based team. - Drive initiatives to align India operations with the company's vision and technology roadmap, promoting growth and scalability. - Foster a culture of learning, innovation, and collaboration within the India team and across global functions. - Lead efforts to attract top talent in India and develop a strong cybersecurity operations team. **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Engineering. - 5+ years of experience working in the Cybersecurity domain. - 10+ years of overall experience with at least 5 years of experience managing & scaling teams in India. - Experience in aligning India IT with Enterprise IT & business strategy within a technology-driven organization. - Ability to engage and collaborate with stakeholders across all organizational levels. **Additional Details:** Rockwell Automation offers a comprehensive benefits package that includes mindfulness programs, volunteer paid time off, an employee assistance program, personalized wellbeing programs, professional development opportunities, and other local benefits.
