Engineering Manager - Cybersecurity

As an Engineering Manager - Cybersecurity at Rockwell Automation in India, you will lead the development and performance of the India-based Cybersecurity team. Your role will involve aligning India capabilities with the global IT strategy, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and operational excellence. You will be responsible for overseeing local team deliverables, promoting a high-performance culture, and understanding the engineering landscape in India. **Key Responsibilities:** - Provide People Leadership & Alignment to India Cybersecurity team, ensuring alignment with global IT and business objectives. - Develop relationships and collaborate with global leadership to support the CISO roadmap and long-term growth of the India-based team. - Drive initiatives to align India operations with the company vision and technology roadmap, promoting growth and scalability. - Foster collaboration, communication, and transparency within the India team and across global functions. - Lead efforts to attract top talent, mentor leads, and cultivate talent within the cybersecurity operations. - Establish and drive KPIs to enhance team capabilities and execution. - Oversee daily deliverables, focusing on meeting timelines, operational efficiency, scalability, and alignment with global standards. - Drive continuous improvement initiatives, leveraging data and insights to enhance operational performance. - Collaborate with cross-regional leaders to influence strategic decisions and address challenges related to resources and execution. - Contribute to the development of IT strategies and drive technology projects execution. - Foster an environment that encourages innovation and the use of new technologies for digital transformation efforts. - Assist with aligning team members with projects matching their skills and development goals. **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Engineering. - 5+ years of Experience in Cybersecurity domain, with 10+ years of overall experience. - Experience managing & scaling teams in India for at least 5 years. - Experience working on globally distributed teams. - Skills in fostering collaboration across global teams, aligning India IT with Enterprise IT & business strategy. In addition to the above, you might have certifications in CISSP/CISM/CRISC/PMP, stay updated on latest technologies, build relationships with vendors, negotiate contracts, and ensure high-quality service delivery.
