We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Engineering Intern to join our team at K&A Engineering in Sanepa, Lalitpur. What You Will Learn & Experience:

• Engineering Design: Gain hands-on exposure to engineering designs associated with Electric Power Infrastructure.
• Technical Analysis: Contribute to multiple project teams to perform technical analysis of electric power systems, moving beyond classroom theory.
• Analytical Reporting: Master the skill of compiling complex technical results into detailed, concise, and professional analytical reports.
• Presentation Skills: Document and present project findings and deliverables to stakeholders, building your professional confidence.
• Software & Codes: Sharpen your command over AutoCAD and gain practical experience in other industry software.
• Innovation & Quality: Participate in a high-performance environment where teamwork, innovation, and rigorous self-checking of designs are the standard.

What we’re looking for:

• Currently in your 7th or 8th semester of a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering (Recent graduates/ Freshers are highly encouraged and will be prioritized).
• Flexibility, creative problem-solving and above average interpersonal
• The ideal candidate would have the ability to develop the following skills: technical expertise in power systems studies, technical leadership, work in a collaborative team environment
