Job Description

Technical Support Engineer


Key Responsibilities:


  • Provide Technical support for our Mobile and Web Applications
  • On site Support and Implementation of our product to customers
  • Investigate and resolve customer-reported issues, bugs, and performance concerns
  • Collaborate with Product, QA, and Development teams to escalate and fix complex problems
  • Monitor application performance on a regular basis
  • Assist in App deployments, Version rollouts and Post-Release monitoring
  • Support Internal teams with Technical Insights and solutions.
  • Participate in on-call rotations and provide timely responses to critical incidents.
  • Ensure compliance with security, privacy, and data protection standards.


Required Qualifications:


  • 1-3 years of experience in a Technical Support role.
  • Strong understanding of mobile platforms (iOS, Android) and Web Applications.
  • Experience with Issue Tracking systems
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.


Must Have Skills


  • Should have to work in Rotational Shifts (Morning/Afternoon)
  • Mandatory Languages to be known - English, Marathi and Hindi
