Engineer - Technical Support

As a Technical Support Engineer at Charles Technologies, a dynamic startup based in Chennai with a focus on building innovative mobile and web applications, your role will involve ensuring the quality and reliability of our cutting-edge digital products. Key Responsibilities: - Provide technical support for our mobile and web applications - Offer on-site support and implement our product to customers - Investigate and resolve customer-reported issues, bugs, and performance concerns - Collaborate with Product, QA, and Development teams to escalate and fix complex problems - Monitor application performance regularly - Assist in app deployments, version rollouts, and post-release monitoring - Support internal teams with technical insights and solutions - Participate in on-call rotations and provide timely responses to critical incidents - Ensure compliance with security, privacy, and data protection standards Required Qualifications: - 1-3 years of experience in a technical support role - Strong understanding of mobile platforms (iOS, Android) and web applications - Experience with issue tracking systems - Excellent communication and problem-solving skills In addition, you must possess the following must-have skills: - Ability to work in rotational shifts (morning/afternoon) - Proficiency in English, Marathi, and Hindi languages,
