The group publishes a variety of publications, with the Malayala Manorama newspaper being the largest circulated and read regional language newspaper in the country. Job Profile Oversee server infrastructure, including VMware, for maintenance and optimization. Manage network infrastructure for top performance, security, and connectivity. Implement security measures to safeguard IT systems and data. Provide timely technical support to ensure system availability and resolve issues. Handle data backup and recovery to maintain data integrity. Lead the implementation of new technologies, including AI/ML and ensure integration into the IT environment. Maintain IT documentation and promote collaboration and teamwork within the department Use Python and C++ for system and software development and optimization. Candidate Profile Strong knowledge in VMware Server Administration. Familiarity with Public Cloud Infrastructure and Patch Management solutions is an added advantage. 3-5 years of experience in the installation, configuration, operation, and maintenance of server hardware and software. Hands-on experience with Windows & Linux Server Administration, Storage, Network, Firewall, and Security products. Engineering graduate in Electronics & Communication, Computer Science, Information Technology, or MCA. Proficiency in Python and High Level Knowledge in C++ is a definite advantage.
